ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Nominees should:

• Have demonstrated outstanding professional excellence.
• Possess a proven record of leadership and achievement.
• Have made measurable contributions to their organisation or industry.
• Demonstrate integrity, ethics, and accountability.
• Have positively impacted society or their professional community.
• Be recognised by peers for outstanding performance.
• Have a minimum of ten (10) years of professional experience (exceptional younger professionals with extraordinary achievements may also be considered).
• Have no record of professional misconduct or criminal conviction.

Evidence of visionary leadership, strategic thinking, and organisational impact.

Introduction of innovative ideas, products, systems, technologies, or processes that have improved organisational or industry performance.

Commitment to ethical conduct, transparency, accountability, and professional standards.

Industry Impact

Significant contributions that have positively influenced an industry, profession, or institution.

Community and Social Impact

Meaningful contributions to society through mentorship, philanthropy, community development, or social responsibility initiatives.

Sustainability

Support for sustainable business practices, environmental stewardship, diversity, inclusion, and long-term development.

Influence and Recognition

National, regional, or international recognition for professional achievements and leadership.

NOMINATION REQUIREMENTS

Each nomination should include:

• Completed nomination form.
• Professional profile or curriculum vitae (CV).
• Recent high-resolution professional photograph.
• Personal profile (300–500 words).
• Statement of achievements highlighting major professional accomplishments.
• Evidence of leadership impact and measurable results.
• Copies of relevant professional certifications (where applicable).
• Links to publications, media features, or research (if available).
• Two professional references or recommendation letters.
• Supporting documents demonstrating achievements, awards, or recognitions.

SELECTION PROCESS

The selection process consists of:

Stage One
Verification of nomination eligibility and supporting documentation.

Stage Two
Independent review by the Awards Screening Committee.

Stage Three
Comprehensive assessment by an independent panel of judges using established evaluation criteria.

Stage Four
Due diligence, background verification, and validation of professional achievements.

Final approval by the Awards Advisory Board.
